We are Hiring: Technical Lead / Architect – 4G/5G OAM Development

Locations: Delhi / Bangalore Experience: 12+ years

About the Role We are seeking an experienced 4G/5G Operations & Maintenance (OAM) Subject Matter Expert to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of core OAM modules across RAN and Core networks. You will lead technical teams, manage end-to-end program delivery, and interact with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Engineering & Architecture: Lead system engineering, architectural design, coding, debugging, and deployment for high-performance 4G/5G OAM software systems.
- Delivery & Leadership: Drive large-scale 4G/5G OAM development, product sustenance, and customer support programs.
- Mentorship: Review technical work and mentor OAM teams toward engineering and delivery excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with senior internal leadership and external clients.

Technical Requirements

- Network & OAM Expertise: Deep understanding of 4G/5G RAN and Core Network architecture, Network Management principles, and 3GPP standards (TS 32.x / TS 28.x series).
- O-RAN & Interfaces: Practical experience with O-RAN O1 interfaces,



related data models, and FM/PM/CM modules (WG1, WG3, WG4, WG5, WG6, WG10 specs).
- Data Models & Fault/Performance Management: Hands-on expertise with NRM models, basic/bulk CM procedures, Alarm IRP structures, PM counters, KPI definitions, and Trace Management.
- Programming & Systems: Proficiency in C++ (C++11) , Python , object-oriented programming, and Linux multi-threading/multi-processing architectures.
- Data Formats & Protocols: Netconf, YANG, Kafka, ASN.1, XML, JSON, YAML, HTTP(S), and SNMP.

Platforms & DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerized platforms, makefiles, and CI/CD pipelines. Please find the below major skills
