? We’re Hiring: Technical Lead / Project Manager

Work Type: Fully Remote

Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA for Full-Time (Part-Time compensation will be prorated)

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead cum Project Manager who can lead development teams, manage multiple projects, communicate with clients, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate developers across multiple projects
- Plan tasks, sprints, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Review technical approaches and help resolve blockers
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development quality
- Communicate with clients and convert requirements into actionable tasks
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate testing, releases, and production deployments
- Provide regular project status updates

Preferred Skills

- 4+ years of software development experience
- Strong understanding of web/mobile application development
- Experience with Node.js, Laravel, React, Flutter,



or similar technologies
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, Git, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows
- Previous experience leading developers or managing software projects
- Solid communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on technically while also being comfortable taking ownership of project planning, team coordination, and delivery.
