Feed Mill Technical Support Engineer – Poultry Nutrition & Feed Additives

- Provide technical support to feed mill customers under the guidance of senior engineers.

- Conduct in office feed mill visits and assist with feed mill audits, process evaluation, and optimization.

- Develop practical knowledge of feed milling operations, processes, and FeedMiling products.

- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical issues related to feed mill equipment.

- Support equipment installation, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities at customer sites.

- Assist in product demonstrations, field trials, testing, and technical data collection.

- Support customer and operator training on equipment operation, best practices, and safety procedures.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team during customer visits and provide technical inputs and product support.





- Collect customer feedback, identify technical requirements, and highlight potential product and service opportunities.

- Prepare and maintain service reports, customer visit reports, audit reports, and trial reports.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, service activities, and follow-ups.

- Stay updated on feed milling technology, equipment, poultry nutrition, and industry developments.

- Be willing to travel extensively across India for customer visits, installations, trials, audits, servicing, and training.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
