Description IBM Consulting is hiring a Technical Consultant specializing in AI Integration to deliver enterprise AI solutions for clients across industries. The role focuses on implementing secure, scalable, and responsible AI systems within IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers.

Experience

- 6 - 8 years

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree

Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and customize AI-driven solutions
- Translate solution designs and architectural blueprints into working systems
- Integrate AI services seamlessly into enterprise applications and workflows
- Develop connectors and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Configure prompts and guardrails
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders
- Validate requirements and deliver proofs of concept
- Harden solutions for production
- Implement observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization measures
- Deploy AI services, APIs, and orchestration layers in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Focus on reliability, scalability,



and responsible AI principles throughout the delivery lifecycle

Additional Responsibilities

- Work in IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers
- Deliver deep technical and industry expertise to public and private sector clients around the world
- Drive innovation and adoption of current technology
- Support locally based skills and technical expertise for client delivery

Nice To Have

- Preferred education: Master's Degree
- Workflow automation and event-driven patterns experience is beneficial
- LLMOps practices exposure is advantageous
- Secure deployment experience is desirable
