Role/ Job Summary :

We are looking for Team Member with good work ethics and dedication to be a part of Cell Process Engineering team. Selected candidate will be working on challenging tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment to achieve the BUs strategic goals and key KPIs. The position requires prior experience, skills and knowledge in Solar cell manufacturing, Process monitoring & control, Data Analytics and characterisation equipment.

Experience of 3 - 5 years in this area of expertise is desired. Selected candidates will work closely and collaborate with the Process team, operations team & Equipment Engineering team to define all the necessary process and equipment configuration and control procedures in order to meet product functional and reliability requirements.

Responsibilities

- Safety - Team Member must adhere to all the HSE principles set by the organization to enhance the safety during the work.
- Excellence - Team Member will be required to update any recent procedures and required documentations, such as internal work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOP) during change management. Ensure optimum utilization of equipment and process stability. Understand the troubleshooting guidelines and perform the troubleshooting. Contribute proactively in continuous learning and improvement activities.
- Key performance activity - Lead, participate and/or contribute actively in key project such as cost reduction, yield improvement, Cpk improvement, new product/process development, new machine qualification, production optimization, cycle time improvement and recent material evaluation/ qualification.



Achieve all KPIs set by the Department and support in ad-hoc tasks.
- Quality - Candidate should possess quality mindset. Work with related departments (such as Process, Production, Equipment, Quality, Technology) to resolve quality issues and implement required decisions made by management. Ensure no quality issues during proper change management/ implementation phase.
- Others - Need to establish good working relationship with cross functional teams and provide necessary support. Perform other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the degree of difficulties and involvement of the specific targets set in the department.

Required Qualifications, Competence & Skills Education, Qualification & Experience - BE/B Tech. from a recognized University. Good honours degree preferred.
1. 3-5 years working experience in Solar cell manufacturing or related field preferred.
2. Knowledge in Semiconductor/Solar cells and module assembly processes
3. Knowledge and experience in process control and process optimization Technological.
4. Working experience in Solar/Semiconductors/Electronics manufacturing industries is an added advantage
