Role & responsibilities

- Manage a team of Process Associates and Senior Associates handling invoice processing and mapping.

- Ensure invoice details are accurately mapped and accounted for within defined SLAs.

- Monitor invoice data quality and drive improvements in accuracy, TAT and productivity.

- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Catalog, Warehouse, Payment and Vendor Management teams to resolve invoice and vendor payment-related issues.

- Develop and implement processes to prevent recurring issues and improve operational efficiency.

- Plan and allocate work, monitor team utilization and ensure accurate maintenance of records.

- Mentor, train and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and perform detailed analysis of invoice mapping and payments.

- Track and manage key operational metrics including TAT, accuracy and quality.

- Work with the development team to identify opportunities for process automation and improve operational efficiency.





Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; preferably from a Finance, Commerce or Business background.

- Experience in invoice processing, finance operations, accounts payable or vendor payments.

- Solid data analysis and data interpretation skills.

- Experience in managing teams and working with SLA-driven operations.

- Strong operational orientation with a focus on TAT, accuracy, quality and productivity.

- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

- Ability to handle team training, mentoring, performance management and conflict resolution.

- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

- Candidates with experience in process automation or working with technology/development teams will be preferred.
