Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized candidate to manage end-to-end material handling and logistics operations, including inventory management, packing, documentation, dispatch coordination, and timely delivery of materials to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the complete material movement cycle from material receipt and storage to packing, documentation, dispatch, and delivery coordination.

· Conduct regular stock checking and maintain inventory records.





· Coordinate material packing and ensure proper packaging before dispatch.

· Prepare dispatch-related documents and maintain records.

· Coordinate dispatch with customers, transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders.

· Coordinate logistics for import and local shipments.

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports.

· Identify and develop new freight forwarders.

· Support freight cost optimization.

Requirements:

· Experience: Fresher – 0–1 year

· Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

· Positive written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to coordinate with customers, transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders

· Willingness to learn store, inventory, packing, dispatch, and logistics operations.
