- Subway Team Member ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

- Prepare and maintain fresh ingredients, vegetables, sauces, bread, and other food items.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash/card payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Keep the food preparation area, dining area, equipment, and storage areas clean.
- Check food quality, freshness, and expiry dates.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies when required.
- Follow portion-control and waste-reduction procedures.
- Work as part of a team and support other employees during busy periods.
- Handle customer questions and complaints politely and report responsible issues to the manager.
- Follow opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
- Comply with company policies and instructions from supervisors.
