We are hiring a Debt Recovery & Tally Calling Executive for our full time, work-from-office team.
Responsibilities:
- Make professional outbound calls for overdue payment and EMI follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, negotiate payment commitments and maintain promise-to-pay records.
- Update daily calling, collection and account records accurately in Tally/Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate follow-ups and share daily recovery reports with the team.
- Follow ethical, compliant and customer-friendly collection practices.
Preferred portfolio experience: AU Bank, Kotak, RBL Bank, Faircent, Home Credit, Moneyview or SBI portfolios.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in debt recovery, collections, telecalling or Tally calling preferred.
- Basic English communication and willingness to work in a day shift.
- Salary: ₹10,000–₹27,000 per month (fixed).
- No joining fee.
