- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases/leads
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirement
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with clients for feedback and conversions
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/lead sheets daily
- Handle customer queries and route them appropriately
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets
