Computer Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct computer training/classes as per the prescribed course book, curriculum, and project guidelines.
- Deliver practical and theoretical sessions on basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, digital literacy, and other relevant topics as per the assigned course.
- Demonstrate practical exercises and ensure candidates gain hands-on computer skills.
- Assess learners through assignments, practical exercises, tests, and other prescribed evaluation methods.
- Maintain daily attendance, assessment records, lesson plans, and other training-related documentation.
- Report to the office/training centre on a daily basis and follow the prescribed training schedule.
- Regularly update required candidate/training information and data on the concerned Government portal/domain.
- Monitor candidate performance, identify learning gaps, and provide appropriate support.
- Ensure proper completion of assigned training, assessments, documentation, and project activities.
- Coordinate with the centre/project team regarding training progress and candidate performance.
Trainer Certification / ToT:
- Selected trainers may be required to undergo Training of Trainers (ToT) as per applicable Government/Skill Development programme requirements.
- After successful completion and certification, the trainer will be eligible to work as a certified trainer as per applicable norms.
Placement Responsibility:
- Support the placement team in preparing candidates for employment.
- Facilitate/provide employment opportunities to trained candidates as per project requirements.
- Assist candidates with interview preparation, workplace readiness, and employment-related activities.
- Relevant company details and placement support will be provided by the college/organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training/classes as per the prescribed course book, curriculum, Qualification Pack (QP), and project guidelines.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training related to jewellery design and the gem & jewellery industry.
- Provide hands-on training in jewellery design concepts, design development, basic sketching, jewellery components, materials, gemstones, metals, and industry practices.
- Train candidates in understanding jewellery styles, patterns, shapes, proportions, colour combinations, and design aesthetics.
- Demonstrate basic jewellery drawing/design techniques and guide candidates in developing their own jewellery designs.
- Explain basic knowledge of gemstones, precious/semi-precious stones, metals, jewellery terminology, and quality considerations.
- Conduct practical assignments, assessments, design exercises, and other evaluations as prescribed.
- Ensure candidates develop the required technical and practical competencies for entry-level employment in the jewellery industry.
- Maintain daily attendance, lesson plans, assessment records, practical records, and other training-related documentation.
- Report to the training centre/office on a daily basis as per the assigned schedule.

3. Telesales TrainerJob Title: Telesales Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training/classes as per the prescribed course book, curriculum, QP, and project guidelines.
- Provide theoretical and practical training in telesales, telecalling, customer interaction, and sales processes.
- Train candidates in effective communication, telephone etiquette, customer handling, product/service pitching, lead generation, and follow-up techniques.
- Develop candidates' ability to understand customer requirements and respond professionally to customer queries.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, sales simulations, and practical activities to develop real-world telesales skills.
- Train candidates in objection handling, negotiation, persuasion, conversion techniques, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Provide basic training on CRM/customer databases and relevant digital tools, wherever applicable.
- Assess candidates through practical activities, tests, role plays, and other prescribed assessment methods.
- Monitor candidate performance and provide individual feedback and improvement guidance.
- Maintain daily attendance, assessment records, lesson plans, and other training-related documentation.
- Report to the office/training centre on a daily basis as per the prescribed schedule.

4. Soft Skills & English TrainerJob Title: Soft Skills & English Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training/classes as per the prescribed course book, curriculum, QP, and project guidelines.
- Develop candidates' English communication, speaking, listening, reading, writing, and vocabulary skills.
- Conduct interactive sessions to improve candidates' confidence, fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and professional communication.
- Provide training in soft skills including interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, workplace behaviour, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations, activities, mock interviews, and other practical exercises.
- Train candidates in resume preparation, self-introduction, skilled behaviour, body language, and workplace etiquette.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance and remedial support.
- Conduct periodic assessments to monitor candidate improvement and training outcomes.
- Maintain daily attendance, lesson plans, assessment records, and other training-related documentation.
