Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to supervise and manage Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works at our construction project.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily MEP site activities and ensure timely execution.
- Manage Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting works.
- Read and implement MEP drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Civil teams, contractors, vendors and consultants.
- Monitor work quality, safety and project timelines.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with Purchase/Stores.
- Conduct testing, commissioning and snag rectification.
- Prepare DPR, progress reports and MEP documentation.
- Resolve technical and site execution issues.
- Support final MEP inspection and project handover.
- Qualification & ExperienceDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant MEP/site experience preferred.
- Experience in residential construction projects will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MEP drawings, AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong site coordination and contractor management skills.
Candidate ProfileTechnically sound, responsible, practical, good in site execution and capable of independently handling MEP activities and coordinating with multiple teams.
