- Operate and monitor STP and ETP systems, pumps, blowers, filters, dosing systems, and related equipment.
- Check plant parameters such as pH, TDS, MLSS, flow, pressure, and chemical dosing regularly.
- Maintain daily log sheets and operational records.
- Ensure treated water quality meets statutory and environmental standards.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
- Handle sludge removal, chemical preparation, and dosing activities.
- Identify operational issues and report breakdowns immediately.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in plant areas.
- Monitor water consumption and recycling systems.
- Assist during pollution control inspections and audits.
- Follow company SOPs and environmental compliance requirements.
