Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and generating leads through telephone calls.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested customers and help convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.




- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to handle customer questions and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage.
