- Visit retail shops, dealers and distributors in the assigned market.
- Promote and sell our Kids Garments collection.
- Generate current customers and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
- Take regular orders from retailers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Visit the market regularly and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain product features, quality, prices and schemes to customers.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing and competitors.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for orders and payments.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales preferred.

Experience in Garments / Hosiery / Textile / FMCG / Retail Sales will be an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Basic knowledge of the local market.

Should be comfortable with shop-to-shop visits and travelling.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
