What You'll Own

1. Build & Lead a High-Performing Team

- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and mentor Sales Executives.
- Build and scale the sales team using the company-provided hiring budget.
- Establish a performance-driven, accountable, and client-centric sales culture.
- Develop team capabilities and drive consistent productivity and revenue growth.

2. Drive Lead Generation & Business Development

- Develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market outreach, and team-led initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term relationships.
- Leverage your local network to accelerate business growth.

3. Acquire & Manage Premium Clients





- Drive market penetration and acquire Retail, HNI, Corporate, and Institutional clients.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
- Promote and distribute Bonds, NCDs, and Government Securities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fixed-income investment opportunities.

4. Drive Regional Performance

Take complete ownership of regional business performance with a strong focus on:

- Net Revenue Generation
- Active Client Growth
- Team Productivity
- Individual & Team Revenue Contribution
- Overall Regional Business Growth

Who We're Looking For

Experience

- 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or related financial products.
- Proven experience in managing, mentoring, or building a sales team.
- Strong track record of achieving business and revenue targets.

Product Knowledge

- Strong understanding of the Indian debt and fixed-income market.
- Knowledge of Bonds, Fixed Deposits, NCDs, and Government Securities.

Key Skills

- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-convincing skills.




- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership.
- Target-oriented and commercially driven approach.
- Ability to build and leverage a strong local network.

Language

- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Location & Network

- Must be based in Nagpur.
- Should have a strong local network of potential clients and sales professionals to support team building and client acquisition.
