Role Description The Team Lead role at BharatPe is a full-time, on-site position based in Vishakhapatnam.

The Team

Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, guide and mentor team members, and ensure performance targets and service quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include planning and delegating work, monitoring progress, resolving operational issues, and providing clear direction to the team. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, reporting key metrics,



and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience leading teams in operations, sales, customer support, or related functions, preferably in fintech, financial services, or retail.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, prepare reports, and use insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and engage with merchants and partners.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with technology and digital tools; familiarity with payment solutions, UPI, POS terminals, or lending products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam.
