Job Responsibilities

Conduct engaging spoken English classes for students to improve fluency, pronunciation, and confidence

Design and deliver lesson plans focused on grammar, vocabulary, conversation practice, and public speaking

Organize activities such as group discussions, debates, role-plays, and presentations to encourage active participation

Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback

Prepare students for competitions, exams, and communication-based assessments

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace

Coordinate with other teachers and school administration for curriculum planning

Guide students individually to overcome hesitation in speaking English

Requirements





Graduate/Postgraduate in English or a related field

1–2 years of relevant teaching experience (spoken English/communication skills training)

Excellent command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, creative, and passionate about teaching

Basic computer knowledge for preparing teaching material

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
