Working hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm - Monday- Friday ) & 1 Saturday/ month ( Part timers please excuse )

Location: Balewadi

Minimum Qualification

Graduate

- Teacher training course/ Montessori course / ECCE preferred
- Must have a strong command over English, Hindi
- Ability to manage small children, be patient with them and understand their needs & interests Additional Preferred Qualifications:

- Work experience in the field of early childcare/ nursing/ teaching
- Computer skills Using apps , email correspondence, MS office

Key Responsibilities Teaching & Classroom Management

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, engaging and interactive learning activities.
- Create a secure, positive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children’s learning, development and participation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective classroom management.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities and teaching materials as required.




- Maintain appropriate records of children’s progress and development.

Coordination Responsibilities

- Coordinate with teachers and centre staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the Centre Manager in managing academic and classroom-related activities.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities and implementation of the curriculum.
- Ensure that teachers follow the centre’s academic guidelines and processes.
- Assist in planning events, celebrations, activities and parent engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with parents regarding children’s academic progress and centre-related matters, whenever required.
- Support new teachers and team members with classroom processes and best practices.
