We are looking for a highly motivated Sales executive(tamil) to drive sales for our job portal app. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with job seekers and employers, pitching paid services/subscriptions, and converting leads into customers through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers (job seekers & employers)
- Pitch and sell premium services/subscription plans of the job portal
- Explain product features, pricing, and perks clearly in Tamil
- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers
- Follow up regularly to close sales opportunities
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers

Roles & Expectations:

- Drive revenue through telesales activities
- Maintain high conversion rates and productivity
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience




- Build strong relationships with customers

Required Skills:

- Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory)
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset

Eligibility Criteria:

- 12th pass / Diploma
- Freshers or candidates with telesales experience can apply
- Experience in SaaS, job portals, or BPO sales is an added advantage

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
