About the Role

We are looking for fluent Tamil-speaking Telecallers to join our sales team for Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, understand their requirements, explain products clearly, and have a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and promote our Ayurvedic products.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in Tamil.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced sales team.

- Fluent in Tamil – speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and work effectively under targets.
