About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Talent Management Head to lead our talent/influencer management function and build strong relationships with creators and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and build solid relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Handle end-to-end talent management and brand collaborations.
- Identify new talent and onboard relevant creators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute influencer campaigns smoothly.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables and timelines with influencers.
- Track campaign performance and ensure timely delivery.




- Develop strategies to grow the talent portfolio and revenue.
- Mentor and manage the talent management team.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Management / Influencer Marketing .
- Strong understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
