Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting the organization's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and roll out offer letters, negotiate offers, and coordinate pre-joining activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives, where applicable.

2. Recruitment Coordination





- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates during the notice period to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with internal hiring processes.
- Support onboarding activities for new joiners.

Key Requirements :

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing through multiple recruitment channels.
- Strong experience in lateral hiring across corporate and business functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or related industry will be an added advantage.
