Required Skills and Experience:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably within an IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, Recruitment Services or Technology Services organisation.
- Strong hands on experience in Contract Staffing and Full Time recruitment.
- Experience recruiting technology professionals across skills such as Salesforce, Java, .NET, SAP, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, Project Managers and other IT skill sets would be preferred.
- Proven experience as an individual contributor with a robust track record of closing requirements.
- Prior experience in leading, managing, mentoring and growing a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Experience working with IT services / staffing clients and handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong candidate negotiation and closure skills.
- Good understanding of compensation, notice periods, candidate availability and IT hiring market dynamics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high priority requirements.
- Strong ownership, accountability and target orientation.
