We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support hiring initiatives for our prestigious client (RPO - Deployed to client place in Electronic city)

Position Details

- Role: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Location: Bangalore
- Employment: Full-time role on the payroll of iFin Global

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Infrastructure requirements.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Managing candidate engagement and offer closures.
- Building talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Desired Skills
- Experience in IT or Infrastructure recruitment.




- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced hiring environment.
