About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The intern will work on hiring across both Corporate and Retail functions and will get end-to-end exposure to the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from stakeholders.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely closures.




- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives whenever required.
