Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing candidates, making recruitment calls, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to potential candidates regarding open job positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on the job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and understand candidates' experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers/interviewers for interview feedback.
- Assist with the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Comfortable working from office Monday to Saturday.
- Available to work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
