Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented recruitment Candidate to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across diverse functions, ensuring timely closures and a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex), referrals, and social media.
- Screening profiles to assess suitability based on role requirements.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring smooth scheduling.
- Managing candidate communication including JD sharing, reminders, and follow-ups.




- Maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/ Masters degree in HR, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience (BPO Hiring).
- Knowledge of onboarding & offboarding processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and recruitment databases.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience as Recruiter
- English and Hindi (Other languages would be considered an added advantage)
