Job Summary

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support day-to-day human resources activities. This is a good chance for candidates who want practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
- Support job posting and candidate sourcing through relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate with shortlisted candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate interview details to candidates.
- Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.
- Assist with joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Support employee communication and routine HR coordination.
- Help maintain attendance and basic HR documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding staffing requirements.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment trackers.




- Support other HR activities assigned by the HR team.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Eligibility

- Any degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Students, recent graduates, and candidates looking to begin a career in HR may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
