Talent Acquisition Intern - Recruitment

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline management for technology-focused roles across Technical & Non-Technical roles

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies on various job platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports when required.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Technical Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT and technology roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
