Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fitment with company culture and requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize the process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in sales hiring or talent acquisition in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions using innovative sourcing techniques.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting creation, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management etc.
