Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with 23 years of experience, preferably from the manufacturing, heavy engineering or industrial machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to joining.
- Handle hiring for technical, engineering, shop-floor and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, consultants and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout,



notice period and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update ATS/HRMS.
- Build talent pipelines through market mapping and competitor sourcing.
- Support campus drives, walk-in drives and bulk hiring as required.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Positive knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
