Talent Acquisition Associate - US Recruiter

Location: Mysore, Karnataka

Work Timings: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

Experience: 1 – 2 Years

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and work on US Recruitment .

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1 Years to 2 years of recruitment experience who have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US job market , and a passion for identifying and connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Understand client and hiring manager requirements and gain a clear understanding of job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
- Understand and work with US job market requirements, hiring practices, job functions, and employment terminology .
- Communicate effectively with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Collect interview feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.




- Negotiate offers and assist in successfully closing candidates.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, market conditions, and recruitment practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment; US recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and job market .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with candidates and clients based in the US.
- Good understanding of US job titles, employment terminology, and hiring practices.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements and priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
