Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other key stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Source profiles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases to build a solid talent pipeline.
- Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of sourcing profiles from multiple sources including job boards, social media, employee referrals etc.
