We are a fast-growing NBFC specializing in Affordable Housing Finance, committed to enabling home ownership for underserved and emerging customer segments across urban and semi-urban India. We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who can effectively partner with business leaders while driving talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.

Position Summary The Recruiter & HR Business Partner will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and HR business partnering for assigned business units, with a strong focus on hiring sales, credit, collections, operations, and branch banking talent within the Affordable Housing Loan business. The role requires balancing talent acquisition responsibilities with employee lifecycle management, engagement, performance support, and HR governance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch, regional, and corporate positions.
- Hire frontline and mid-level talent across:

- Affordable Housing Finance Sales

- Home Loan Sales

- Credit Underwriting

- Operations

- Collections
- Risk & Compliance

- Customer Service
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and staffing plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules and closure processes.
- Negotiate compensation and drive offer-to-joining conversion.




- Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, source mix, offer acceptance, and cost per hire.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and high-volume hiring positions.

HR Business Partnering (40%)
- Act as the HR focal point for assigned regions, branches, or business functions.
- Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Facilitate performance management processes and goal-setting exercises.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct employee connect sessions and branch visits.
- Partner with managers on performance improvement plans and talent development.
- Support succession planning and internal talent movement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and HR processes.
- Analyze attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Additional certifications in recruitment or HR analytics will be an advantage.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an NBFC, Housing Finance Company (HFC), Banking, Microfinance, or Financial Services organization.




- Prior exposure to Affordable Housing Finance/Home Loan business hiring preferred.

Functional Knowledge

- Understanding of housing finance business models and branch operations.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience working with sales-intensive organizations.
