- Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Partner with leadership teams to drive workforce planning and hiring forecasts across manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Lead recruitment efforts across engineering, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, projects, EHS, procurement, sales, and support functions.
- Build robust talent pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing skill sets.
- Drive leadership hiring mandates and strategic talent mapping initiatives across relevant industries.
- Establish best-in-class recruitment governance, processes, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Improve hiring effectiveness through data-driven decision making and recruitment analytics.

The Successful Applicant We're Looking For Someone Who Has





- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to manufacturing-led organizations.
- Proven experience hiring across large-scale industrial environments.
- Strong background in industries such as:
- Automotive, Auto Components, Steel, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, Capital Goods, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Process Manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience managing leadership hiring as well as large-volume technical hiring mandates.
- Strong stakeholder management capability with exposure to CXO and business leadership interactions.
- Experience building and scaling Talent Acquisition teams and processes.
- Robust understanding of talent mapping, workforce planning, employer branding, and hiring analytics.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and business partnering skills.
