Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Support role based in Bengaluru, responsible for handling customer interactions via chat, email, and phone calls. The Support team member will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about services and processes while maintaining prompt and courteous communication.

Daily tasks include managing support tickets, documenting interactions, following standard operating procedures, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution, maintaining service quality metrics, and assisting with basic training or guidance for new team members. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English for chat, email, and phone support
- Customer Service and Training experience to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support new team members
- Understanding of Logistics Management to coordinate information and resolve operational or service-related queries
- Basic familiarity with Email Marketing to support customer communication campaigns when required
- Comfort with computer-based work, including CRM or ticketing tools, email platforms, and chat systems
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in a support, BPO, or contact center setting is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in any discipline
