Position: Supply Planner Specialist
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Supply Planning Manager
Criteria: Any Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Certification in Supply Chain is preferred.

Job Purpose: Accountable for leading material crisis and shortage management to strengthen supply agility and reliability. Supports the Supply Planning team by coordinating with relevant functions,
aligning stakeholders on required actions, and driving open items through to timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and drive crisis/shortages calls. Orchestrate and facilitate discussions with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely engagement and decision-making
- Foster alignment across multiple workstreams during crisis situations, enabling a unified and effective response
- Capture key decisions, action items, and commitments arising from each discussion.
- Proactively monitor and drive actions through to completion, ensuring accountability and momentum
- Provide explicit and concise status updates on progress, risks, and outstanding actions
- Escalate unresolved issues where agreed timelines are at risk, enabling swift intervention and resolution
- Identify preventive and continuous improvement opportunities emerging from crisis events and drive them through to successful closure.
