WE’RE HIRING | FASHION DESIGNER Windeson Trademart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer – Womenswear to join our design team in Noida. Location: Noida Employment: Full-time | On-site Category: Womenswear Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on skills) Working: 6 days a week Experience: Minimum 3 years Key Responsibilities • Develop commercial womenswear styles based on international fashion trends • Conduct trend, fabric, colour and market research • Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches and CADs • Develop prints, placements, colourways and garment details • Work closely with merchandising, sampling and production teams • Follow styles from concept through sampling and final approval • Attend fittings and provide design corrections/comments • Ensure designs meet buyer requirements,
