SME-Networking (L3)

We are hiring a Senior Network Engineer (L3) to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize complex enterprise network environments within a Managed Services setup. The role requires solid hands-on expertise across network security, SD-WAN, routing, wireless, cloud networking, and L3 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure network solutions.
- Provide L3-level troubleshooting for complex network, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, Meraki SD-WAN, routing/switching, and enterprise wireless environments.
- Configure and support Aruba/Mist, Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco, and other network technologies as required.
- Manage BGP, routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN, and network security technologies.
- Support hybrid and multi-cloud network connectivity and infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Work closely with L1/L2 teams, internal stakeholders, and OEM/vendor support teams.




- Automate and improve network monitoring, operational processes, and troubleshooting wherever possible.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

Mandatory L3 Requirements Candidates must demonstrate hands-on L3 expertise in:

- Palo Alto Firewall
- BGP / Routing
- Meraki SD-WAN
- Advanced Network Troubleshooting

Experience & Other Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of relevant network engineering experience.
- Strong experience in a Managed Services environment.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise network and security technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in 24x7 support shifts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, Fortinet, Aruba Certified, or equivalent are preferred.
