Role Description The Subcontractor role is a full-time position based in Indore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home while maintaining regular on-site presence at project locations. The Subcontractor will coordinate and execute assigned construction activities, manage labor and resources, and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Daily responsibilities include supervising site work, tracking progress, reporting issues, and collaborating with Sukunj Buildcon’s engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain quality and timelines. The role also involves liaising with vendors,



arranging materials, adhering to project budgets, and supporting transparent communication with clients and internal teams. Subcontractors are expected to follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement in construction execution.

Qualifications

- Practical experience in residential construction or civil works, with the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
- Strong site management skills, including supervision of labor teams, basic resource planning, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and clients.
- Basic familiarity with construction tools, materials, and methods; experience with tech-enabled or modern construction practices is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain documentation, daily work reports, and progress tracking using digital tools or applications.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and accountability, with a focus on meeting timelines and budget constraints.
- Relevant trade certification, ITI, diploma in civil engineering, or equivalent on-the-job experience in construction is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site presence in Indore and flexibility for limited remote coordination tasks.
