Riseup Overseas is hiring an only experienced Student Visa Counsellor for our Ghod dod road and varachha Branch. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students for overseas education and handling complete admission & visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with and manage assigned leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assess each student's academic profile, career goals, and budget to recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
- Guide students with profile-wise study options and explain eligibility requirements.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through qualified counselling and timely communication.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Ensure CRM is updated regularly with complete and accurate information.
- Address student queries related to admissions, eligibility, documentation, and the registration process.




- Explain the registration process, required documentation, timelines, and service offerings.
- Achieve monthly counselling, lead conversion, and registration targets.
- Ensure a smooth handover of registered students to the coordinator/operations team for post-registration processing.

Requirements:

- 1-5 years experience in overseas education or student visa counselling
- Strong knowledge of student visa Counselling & processes
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
