Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Counselor role based in Vadodara.

The Student

Counselor will guide prospective students through the process of selecting suitable study destinations, programs, and institutions, and provide clear information on admission and visa requirements. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions,



assessing academic profiles and career goals, and recommending appropriate education and immigration pathways.

The Student

Counselor will handle inquiries via in-person meetings, phone, and digital channels, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely application processing. The position also includes participating in seminars or events, following up with leads, and supporting students from initial consultation through pre-departure and post-arrival guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide individuals on suitable courses, institutions, and long-term pathways.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries professionally, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in study abroad counseling, admissions, or education consulting is an advantage.
