About the Role

Turtlemint is looking for a Strategy Intern to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact projects across insurance, credit, and adjacent financial services businesses. This is a agile role — responsibilities span analysis, marketing, strategy formulation, implementation, and execution, and will evolve based on business priorities. It's ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and wants hands-on exposure to strategy and business building in a high-growth fintech.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate new business opportunities and market adjacencies
- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market sizing
- Build business cases and financial models for new products and partnerships
- Work on distribution and pricing strategy projects




- Prepare strategic recommendations for leadership and board-level discussions
- Support marketing initiatives and execution as needed

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree from a top engineering institute (IITs, BITS, NITs, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel, market research, and presentation building
- Passion for fintech, insurance, lending, and new-age financial services
