Role Description The Strategic Operations Manager is a part time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes across Kuubiik’s core solutions. This role involves designing and refining frameworks for outsourcing, recruitment, and project-based delivery to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

The Strategic Operations

Manager will analyze performance data, identify operational risks and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Day-to-day tasks include managing strategic initiatives,



aligning operational plans with business goals, documenting best practices, and supporting internal stakeholders with clear communications and execution guidance. The role also requires monitoring KPIs, preparing reports for leadership, and ensuring that distributed teams operate in line with agreed service standards.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Operations management experience to design, implement, and optimize scalable processes and workflows.
- Program management capabilities to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and oversee cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
- Strategic planning skills to align operational activities with long-term business objectives and growth goals.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Background in consulting, outsourcing, or recruitment environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
