Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Stores In-charge role located in Poonamallee.

The Stores

In-charge will oversee day-to-day store operations, including receipt, verification, and proper storage of materials, spare parts, and components used in manufacturing. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, updating stock levels, and coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.

In-charge will implement and monitor stock control procedures,



support loss prevention measures, and ensure safe handling and storage practices. The role also includes preparing regular inventory and stock movement reports, resolving store-related issues, and supporting continuous improvement in store management processes.

Qualifications

- Strong store management skills, including Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention, with ability to maintain accurate inventory and implement control procedures.
- Customer-focused skills such as Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring timely support to internal stakeholders and smooth material flow.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with production, procurement, vendors, and logistics teams.
- Experience in inventory management, materials handling, and basic ERP or inventory software is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety practices in storage and handling of industrial materials and components.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and solid organizational skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering industry stores operations preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
