- Receiving incoming materials, verifying quantity and supporting documents
- Conduct physical inspection/counting of materials along with the concerned department
- Properly identify material, label it and store it in the designated location
- Issue material to the production department against approved quantities
*Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages
- Maintain accurate stock register
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain record of rejected, damaged and obsolete materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or Graduation in any discipline; supply chain logistics or inventory management would be preferred.
3 -5 years of experience in store/inventory, preferably in a manufacturing company and valuable knowledge of Excel to maintain data in Excel would be preferred.
