About the Company:

White Peak is a joint venture between Varun Beverages Limited (VBL) and Everest International Holdings, engaged in the manufacturing of commercial refrigeration products, including visi coolers and related cooling solutions.

Position: Store Manager

Location: Jainpur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inward material receipt and GRN management.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage and identification of materials.
- Manage material issue to production as per authorized requirements.
- Monitor and track material outward and dispatch activities.
- Manage spare parts and job-work inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimum stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock shortages, excess,



slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper material traceability, bin management and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Finance and other functions for smooth material movement.
- Manage warehouse operations including loading/unloading and material handling.
- Ensure adherence to 5S, safety standards and warehouse discipline.
- Lead and manage the stores/warehouse team and ensure timely completion of daily activities.
- Prepare and maintain inventory and stores-related MIS/reports.
- Ensure transactions and inventory records are accurately maintained in SAP/ERP.
