About the Role

We are looking for a Stores Executive with hands-on experience in SAP Stores Operations and a strong Electrical background. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day store activities, inventory management, material transactions, and maintaining accurate physical and SAP stock records.

The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of electrical materials and components and be comfortable handling the complete material movement process within the Stores department.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Stores operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and transfer of materials.
- Perform and maintain SAP transactions related to Stores and inventory.
- Monitor physical stock and ensure it matches with SAP inventory records.
- Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock movements.
- Handle stock control and inventory management to ensure optimum stock levels.
- Receive incoming electrical and other materials and verify them against purchase orders/documents.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, QC, and other departments regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
- Identify and report shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies in materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of electrical materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Generate SAP-based inventory reports and maintain relevant documentation.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all material-related records.
- Support warehouse/store housekeeping and ensure materials are organized and easily traceable.
- Follow company procedures for material handling, inventory control, and store operations.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Stores, Inventory, Warehouse, or Material Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Stores/Inventory operations is mandatory.
- Strong Electrical background with good knowledge of electrical materials, components, and equipment.
- Experience in stock control, material transactions, and inventory management.
- Good understanding of material receipt, issue, transfer, and stock reconciliation processes.
- Comfortable working with physical inventory as well as computer-based inventory systems.
- Good coordination skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidate from an Electrical / Electronics / Industrial background will be preferred.
- Candidates who have worked in manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or engineering companies will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge of electrical materials + SAP Stores will be given preference.

Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
