Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily store or warehouse operations efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

- Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods and materials.

- Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

- Maintain documentation and inventory records.

- Monitor team productivity and allocate tasks.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

- Handle rotational and night shifts.

- Track product availability and reduce discrepancies.

- Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline.

- Support recruitment and training.

- Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.

- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1+ years in Dark Store/FMCG/Inventory/Warehouse/Logistics/E-commerce/Quick Commerce/Supply Chain.

- Inventory handling knowledge.

- Basic computer skills.

- Valuable communication and team handling.

- Physically fit; willing to work rotational/night shifts.
